4.1 Purchases

• Purchases via Google Play follow Google Play's refund policies.

• Purchases via Apple App Store are subject to Apple's App Store refund and return policies.

• All other purchases are final unless otherwise required by law (for example, EU digital goods cooling-off period).

• Prices and availability of Virtual Items may change at any time at our discretion.

4.2 Nature of Virtual Items

• Virtual Items are for use only within the Services and do not represent real money, prizes, or rewards.

• Acquiring Virtual Items grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them in the Services.

• Virtual Items cannot be converted, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or items of real-world value.

• We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time without liability.

4.3 Restrictions on Use

• Virtual Items are non-transferable between accounts.

• Users are prohibited from selling, gifting, trading, or exchanging Virtual Items with others or through third-party services.

• Attempts to bypass these restrictions, including converting Virtual Items into real-world value, may result in account suspension or termination.

5. No Real-Money Gambling

The Services are for entertainment only. No real-money gambling, betting, or wagering occurs.

Important Notes:

• This is a simulated casino experience.

• Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for cash or real-world items.

• Acquiring Virtual Items does not entitle you to winnings or rewards outside the Services.

• Game outcomes do not predict real-world gambling results.

• Unauthorized trading or attempts to convert Virtual Items into real-world value may result in permanent account termination.

Upon termination, access to Virtual Items is lost and no refunds are provided except as required by law.

12. Account and Data Management

The Services allow users to create accounts and make in-app purchases. Your account information, including login credentials and purchase history, is stored securely to provide access to your progress, virtual items, and purchased content.

Data Deletion Requests

• You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting [email protected].

• Upon verified request, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax purposes).

• Deleting your account will remove access to all Virtual Items, purchased content, and game progress. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Local Device Data

• Game progress, settings, and other data stored locally on your device may remain until you uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app will remove all local data.

Third-Party SDKs

• Certain anonymous or aggregated data may be processed by third-party SDKs (analytics, attribution, or advertising providers).

• We require third-party partners to comply with applicable data protection laws but cannot control their retention schedules.
